Publisher Description
Slaps is the video-based discovery platform built for Gen Z to show the best places in town, right now. Designed for foodies, partiers, & people who live in the moment.
Slaps is redefining how to explore a city: instead of outdated 1-5 star reviews, we show you short form videos, and instead of generic categories, we focus on categories specific to young people that help show the best places to go in town. In addition, Slaps gives you a live look into what’s happening in a city: parties, events, etc that are happening now. If you’re into trying new restaurants, going to cool events, or living in the moment, then Slaps will show you the best places to go.
Discover Hidden Gems
+ Search unique categories like cool vibes, instagrammable spots, hip atmosphere, hidden gems, food porn, and more
+ Short form videos to show you the best places in your area
Find Out What’s Poppin Nearby
+ Events, parties, deals, happenings, and more all shown around your area through stories and live video
+ The best way to find out what’s going on, including things that are more under the radar like popup events, flash mobs, spur of the moment performances, and more
Live In The Moment
+ Time is short, and we spend too much of it glued to a screen. Our platform aims to push you out into the world, rather than deeper into your phone.
+ We’ll quickly show you some dope spots near you, then it’s your turn to go check out the vibe
Slaps is currently launching in New York City, New York. Thanks and we’re excited for you to try it out!
